hi all
myself and ducker tried walton yesterday
arrived at 3 pm, was a bit blowy to say the least
set up on top right corner, there were 2 lads just packing up after blanking, nobody else on the pier ( always a bad sign )
it was quiet to say the least

leonardo caught his one and only fish at about 6pm

Sorry you both didn't catch too much but well done and 'Hats off ' for the effort, it's gonna be like this until late April / early May when in theory it should pick up a bit BUT...........................if the Trawlers have their way,........... crying don't hold your breath.

Got to admire Lens style 'pearl 1, knit 1, springs to mind lol lol, only pulling your leg old mate big grin .......................JOLI

Good effort guys and the birdsnest suprise . Sandstorms are not forgiving rods when cast out as they are a bit tippy. So casting at night can be a nightmare winking. I used to have a PPT viper and that was the same you had to be careful.

That is a cracking "birdie" .......... but still looks like you could un-pick it !

New line is notorious for birdies !

Cheers,
