12/11 fished the low tide up. first bite was a cracker and fish was stripping line off the reel. lost it in the surf sadly and from then on it was whiting and dogfish for the rest of the night. bait was squid and commons although i think the first fish was after a small rockling that had taken the worm.

14/11 fished high tide down. lots of small whiting (was barely getting the rod back in the rod rest before it was knocking again). same set up - pulley rigs with commons. also had some mackerel and fished this close in. took a couple of dogfish on it (not what I was after!)

lots of action which was great but no keepers this time.
