i know its very hard stopping smoking even when you are told its for health reasons. i tried patches and the fake fag but i think being in bed resting was the best help i had as i slept through the worst part of wanting a smoke. Wish your dad all the best. it's not nice being unwell and going through what he's trying to do right now. good luck.

Hi Keith glad you are feeling a bit better big grin but don't worry Rum always does the same to me ...............i.e. feeling 'Weak & Light-headed', take more water with it !!!!!!!!!!!!!, seriously though take care all the best.

Thanks for all the good wishes and yep Im a lot better, unfortunately poor manic is in the same boat as I was but it is taking him a bit longer to recover.

It will be great to get back to fishing but Im taking it easy no more rushing about.
