Hi all,
Got some whiting in the freezer, left over fromt the winter, and with the weather so nice, I was wondering what the best way to BBQ them. I've seen a lot of recipies that bake the fish in the oven, and have tried this, but would really love to put the BBQ to good use! Any tips would be great! |

Frozen white fish is not really very good on the barbi , best used in a fish pie or some spicy fish cakes.
Fresh mackerel , sardine ,bass or bream are the ones to have on the bbq. |
