Hi Guys, decided to go back to same venue this morning, did'nt feel confident enough to drive to spurn, plus fact had no one to go with. So went to KGD car park again.
High tide being just after 11am this morning, so fished from arround 7am till almost 2pm. had 4 good sized dabs and one small plaice. bait was frozen worms, tipped off with strips of swuid.
Good news been almost 5 weeks since hrt atack , and still off the cigs, not even using patches or gum.
Have to go back for check up next month.
