out and about this morning 2hrs before low water.1/2hr after arriving flicked a dark green over light green clouser into the strong rip and hooked myself my first pollack on the fly, only about 1/2-3/4lb but gave a good little scrap for its size.had one more tug then had to leave as a coach load of foriegn studants decended on the beach throwing stones etc into water.had a quick ride along the prom and scouted a couple of likely marks.not bad start two spieces in the bag already.
