hi all. was put off by weather yesterday so went to the island today instead.
started fishing at 12.30. used 2 rods, one with 2 hooked clipped down rig for the flatties, one with a long flowing trace just in case a thornie came along.
used rag and lug for the flatties and squid and blueys on the flowing trace.
nice warm afternoon.
only had 1 decent flounder about an hour before high water on ragworm.
i wasnt disappointed at all as i got out fishing again after 4 months and totally enjoyed myself.
gonna try and get one more session in before i get married in 2 weeks and the misses to be puts her foot down lol |

How big was the flounder, did you take it home?
I'm sure you can still fish when you are married |
