hi all, decided to give the channel another go yesterday,i fished a rock mark at w s m,fished the tide all the way in H T was 1850 hrs not one bite baits coming back untouched,at H T i decided enough was enough i did not see any point in staying any longer,so packed up and headed for home,oh while i was setting up i noticed someone has gone and put some poles up in the bay in order to put gill nets up, well done that numpty that should help us all no end, also chatting to a chap who also told me that there are gill nets by the old pier as well, no wonder the channel is quiet.
