Lost off Porthcawl Pier last Sunday, a pier rod with multiplier attached, it was a spare rod i was fishing with unfortunately my grandson hooked it as he cast out tipping it over the edge. tried in vein to hook it with my other rod as did the angler next to me. It was last seen drifting in a south westerly direction towards Mumbles. If it should come ashore and is not to damaged would love my reel back, not bothered about the rod. |

If it was me I wouldn't mention the make/model. If I found it i'd PM salty cod and ask him what it was( because I could have found some one elses for all I know) and if it was the wrong one then I'd post a found topic... If noone could describe it to me properly or claimed it after a few weeks then I'd be taking it for myself. It's only fair |

well i live in swansea n found loads of rods, reels, tackel, & rest's over the past 12 months but i just leave it by the life guard station in mumbles. so as somone who walks the beach n finds things on the beach & uses expensive kit myself. so it dose help if i find it i know NOT NO LEAVE IT THERE |

The reason i did not say what make it is. So that if it was found i would be able to describe it to prove it was mine. |
