myself and thomper76 decided to give penrhyn bay a bash tonight,we set off at 3pm arrived at our destination by 4pm for 2hours fishing on the building tide with the intentions on fishing 2hours after high ;D ;D
parked the cars in the lay by at the top,and as soon as we stepped out of the cars it was :o :o :owell and truly freezing!-2 it was reading on my cars temperature but with a sharp north easterley wind it was really bitter ;D ;D
here is thomper76 with the first cast

it wasnt as flat as what we thought it was going to be with a good bit of colour and some really good bouncing waves

well it came to 6pm not even a knock :(the coddos just didnt want to play ball with us today.
the decision was made to leave the venue and head for colwyn bay, there was a few fellow anglers dotted along the prom we stuck it out for about 30mins then decided it was time to head home to the warmth and a nice hot coffee rather than a chilled one as soon as it left the flask ;D ;D
here is a pic of the "wild bay"

Good report and you get 10 out of 10 for trying. It a shame you never caught but that's why it's called Fishing and not Catching.
