Been fishing on and off for 40 years now usually with the old man but he has recently had cancer surgery and at 82 I dont see him getting back out there much any more and if he does it will probably be as a fair weather fisherman
I live in Havant am middle aged and reasonably knowledgeable. I dont mind the colder weather weather and am happy enough fishing by night
Wouldnt mind buddying up with others who are also in need of a bit of company and perhaps even looking for different venues from the usual to fish at .
Please Pm me if you find yourself in a similar position |

Thanks Hugh Much appreciated.
Eccles thinks that fishing between now and April is probably not worthwhile and I bow to his greater knowledge
However I will probably still go out on a evening/night trip for a few hours (especially when the tide coincides with a Friday or Saturday Evening..... if for no other reason than for my sanity
So if you are happy to fish a few fruitless shifts over the next couple of months then let me know |

The perfect life Skilling. Watching Pompey get into Europe, and fishing.
I'm a Pompey fanatic too and would love to join you but it's a way to travel for a couple of hours by Clarence Pier.
Might catch up with you guys next time I come down to watch the team though, if that's OK. Can't bring much to the party fishing-wise as I'm a newbie. |
