Im thinking of a change and heading over to Deal beach on Saturday 2nd Jan 2010. Just a quick question are you able to park for free anywhere along the beachfront??

Be careful if you arrive before 6pm - most places along the seafront require a ticket. If you decide to fish nearer Walmer or towards kingsdown then nearly all the parking is free.
Whenever I have fished Deal pier during the day the parking has always been an issue. |

Hi Ducker,
Sorry mate I had a last minute change of plan because i thought the weather was going to take a "turn for the worse" and ended up going to dungie last night instead. Nothing to report as the weather was really bad and the red weed was a nightmare!!
