Yep, it was good to get out of the nice, warm house for a few hours fishing. The cool wind certainly blew away the effects of xmas over indulgence. Not beaten yet! There's fish in there some where. Next plan of attack is from afloat, Captain Lurcherman.
Indeed the Old Ship does serve a nice pint with a roaring log fire to warm the especially frozen bits.
Good luck tonight Dave if you are still planning the midnight raid at Gilkicker.

Bait drowner brother in law chickened out today so regret to say I'm not going......Too dangerous on me own me thinks crying

Thought about going later on in the week....Tide just right for a dusk to dark foray if anyones interested or desperate enough big grin
