Take the M180 towards Grimsby, and take the exit signed A1173.
Go straight on at the next 2 roundabouts (this is Kiln Lane).
At the end of the road turn right (Hobson Way), the take the next left (marsh Road).
A couple of hundred yards down there is a factory on the left, go down the left hand side of the factory (where the road has a small traffic light by the gatehouse).
Please obey the traffic signal as factory vehicles use this road also.
Follow this track and you will come to the sea wall.
Generally, on spring tides head right, the bays are numbered and try to get in at either bay 18, 15 or 12 if you can.
On neap tides try bay 24 or 26 or go to where the yellow cross is or further on just past a small area of waste ground to a small clump of trees.
Casting over 100 yards is a big advantage for cod, especially at yellow cross. Do not park on the road, try to park in an empty bay or on the verge where possible as you will restrict access for everyone including emergency vehicles.
Try to get there early as it can be crowded when fishing well.
