Hi, Me and my mate fished on hessle foreshore last w/end, sat 26th, I caught 15 flatties, 4 could have been keepers but they were all returned. my mate caught 5 but he went home at 10.30 I fished till 1.15 from 7 am up past top water at 11.30.We caught a couple of Bass here 2 weeks ago but none this time..I have heard of 1 or 2 small codling and whiting being caught. some very small ones in shrimp nets but don't know if this is true I think we need a few nights of frost to bring them upriver..Paul.. |
