Hi Gail,

My parents live in Anglesey and I've fished there a couple of times. I usually head towards the left (if you're looking out to sea!) of Treaddur (spelling?) bay. If you're driving into Treaddur there's a road that runs on the left hand side of the bay before the line of shops. Carry on down the road past several little bays and theres a sharp left hand bend in the road with, what I think is, a B+B on the bend. I usually park around there and walk over to the right and down the rocks. Pick a point which you won't get stranded on but sticks out far enough. The spar in the line of shops in Treaddur bay sells bait and tackle. I used mackerel last time and caught several dogfish but try using ragworm too. As I'm sure with most rocky coasts there's quite alot of wrasse and pollock close in to the shore. Hope that helps,

Giles
