Hi guys! Just thought i'd share with you news of my first "proper" fish! It was a small flattie caught at Makro in Hull! It was only small but for someone who's new to fishing i was over the moon! (Tried posting a pic of it but didn't work so any advice on getting pics on here would be great) Thanks HB |

they don't like me whiteys coalie etc ive caught them no flatties though

Was using 15 lb main line with 40 pound trace cos i was using a 5 ounce breakaway lead due to the strength of the incoming tide! Good job too cos this monster would've had my whole rig away if not lol! Popped him back so he could spread the word that i was there and hopefully catch mummy, daddy and big brother when they came looking for baby flattie  |

Thanks guys! I'm glad someone is pleased for me! I showed the missus my photo when i got home and all she could say was " You've been out all evening and that's it? Not very big is it?" Thanks love :-( |
