The Auction site below is our very own auction site and only members that have been here for at least 3 months can join it.
You can add a reserve price, so if it doesnt sell you dont pay a single penny
We have had a few auctions where everything has gone smoothly
Cheers

The auction site here will only except payments though paypal mainly because paypal has its own reassurances.
If you have a paypal account its very easy to add your fishing tackle item:) , if not then its a no go
You do get the bonus of getting your gear seen on the front page of one of the busiest sea forums in the UK and the add is far cheaper than ebay
cheers

As it was a great place to sell fishing tackle items we were getting loads of people joining up just to get free listings. Fishing tackle ads were starting to take over the forum .
I have added the auction to help server / running costs and stop the spam we were getting.
cheers

It was abused by people using it as their own personal tackle shop, there was one member who had 200 posts+ and all his posts were either buying of selling, not one post did he make on any other forum. with a view to helping others or asking for help.
Cheers
