looking on c and c website found a site at skipsea with 35 pitches .
looks about 500mtrs from beach
might be worth a try if not to far north
mill farm country park |
there's also a site just up the road at ulrome and one further down the coast at atwick, i'm sure i've seen tents pitched up on both sites... could be wrong tho, worth a look as it would be better up there at that time of year anyway imo.
got no contact details as i've only come across them whilst fishing

the bridlington area has been mentioned a campsite i've stayed on is seaside caravan park in ulrome which is about 7 miles from bridlington and it right on the beach here's the link http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=2812 prices are £15.80 for a pitch 2 people with electric
£12.80 without
£18.50 for pitch for 4 people with electric
£15.50 without
its a quiet campsite with just a shop and showers on but with a chippy and pub close by and its right on the beach. i know this might seem expensive but you can fish from the beach

Please let get this straight, not at any time has this forum allowed any other forum to be put down, but its very common to see this forum being put down often in posts on other forums.
Most of the time its like some type of propaganda against this site and the only main purpose must be to gain members for their own sites. This site gets members purely from its own promotion.
Many members here will know that we just try to run as friendly forum as possible and we do a very good job considering the amount of members we have and visitors per day.
Some of these smaller forums have no idea really what a job it can be keeping the majority happy, if and when they do become the size of this one they will only then understand how difficult it can be along with the expense and understand rules are then set inplace.
For the people that complain about this forum, please ask yourself, what is it you really dislike about us or is it you just follow what someone has said? which tends to be the case most often.
I can only see within this forum many experienced sea anglers helping each other and the less experienced on a daily basis .
cheers

Mick seaside caravan park can take tents on all pitches but the best one are if you dont want electric you can pitch close to the cliff with excellent views
i'd go with the majority and the other is cheaper but we might be able to get a deal with a block booking

True buster but for the sake of £2.20 a night, we get club, shops etc, giving the kids more to do when were not fishing. kids go off n do their thing, we get some peace. YAYYY |

I may take the small boat to the meet along with 3 light boat rods as I can always put my camping gear in the boat.
I will put the big boat on the water later as I have enough commitments just at the moment with the Scottish salmon fishing trip comming up at the cost of £600 for me and littlrabbi.
Cheers keith |
