Fished various locations on Hayling today with bassfly, from 8am to 5.30 pm. We fished the west of the island as the east wind was a pig to cast into. We enjoyed plenty of sport with feisty young Bass but unfortunately nothing large. For a change the Clouser was the most successful fly. Each venue produced fish so there are plenty around. All in all a very enjoyable day. As a bonus, bassfly returned home with his rod in one piece.
Best of luck if you are venturing out this weekend. CC
