Fished south wall from 11.30 pm till 8.15am,,, started off with worms tipped off with squid, nothing at all then went on macky and squid, nothing.. so then just used raggies on there own,, and had success, 10 small whiting, 3 plaice and 2 dabs. had 3 rods going, 2 12 ft and a 14 ft,which i was using for 1st time.... seems thats all that was being caught amongst other anglers on wall.. least it gave me chance to get some good casting practice in. All fish returned safe and sound |

hi squidhead, with the rough seas we have had and all the weed about you did well to catch anything off that pier you should have given mussel a go as theres a lot been washed up on the beaches south of brid so the fish could be feeding on them, but atleast you gave it a go and got some casting practice thanks for posting a report
