ill answer your question fisher-callum,
spinners are a type of lure that rotates or "spins" with water pressure passing over it the shape and size of the "blade" can determine how fast or slow the blade spins ,sizes can vary greatly from 10mm up to 150mm+
spinners can catch a lot of fish from mackeral pollack bass and flatties ,just go to your local tackle shop or even the local pound shop and look at the huge and varied range available ,dont be afraid to ask questions ,even if no one else on this site will answer your q s I WILL,keep it simple and enjoy it its a nice feeling when you land your first catch on spinners or lures .
