Fished along from big pylon [eifle tower of swanscombe] close to red light house . 2 hours up , 1 down ,lug worm on 2 hook flapper , blowing a sowester hooley ...3 small bass..was a bit gutted as postman pat delivered a shiney new reel  that morning ,so filled with sqeakey new line , then whilst caressing its curves  the wife sent me on an errand  [my fault i had been sitting down for ten minutes]...once back from post office , asdas, bookies [ she loves a punt] and chemist [dont ask] i then forgot to attach shock leader ..........we arnt talkin ... |
