anyone know a god worm bed in and around scarborough i went digging yesterday down it a spot right near wear i live there is loads of casts but the worm isnt very big at all so wanted to know a good worm bed that has good size worm any help would be great cheers

Your always better digging at low water but take care that the tide doesn't cut you off.

cheers mate i did know to go at low water so i followed tide out and got worms but wasnt big at all not many people know about the worm bed aswel so was expecting it to be a little bit bigger ohwel it dint cost me out lol

Scott you wont get no imformation as to where good beds are.
Best advice i can give you mate is try different venues till you hit gold,then keep it under your sleeve
They are there so persistance will pay off

on spurn at the moment the lug are very large just dig plenty and keep in cat litter trays in the fridge the worms i used yesterday were 2 weeks old and still strong alive you will not get bigger worms then these |

I know where there's one that's so good I had to go & buy a garden fork from the nearest DIY shop cos I found it by accident on holiday, & there's a great mussel bed nearby too!
I'll be going there in 3 weeks time.

me to m8 musles ok but why not pay £1.70 and buy it from coso i used it all winter had loadsa cod even had 1 yesterday using it so much better and as for the lug i know 1 that is amazing with muscle 100 yards away and its on my doorstep great life i lead
