evening all.. been looking about for a long rod i can use for both f/s an multipliers on for under £100 and was advised by a few folk to try the penn powerstix 15'9... just wondered if any of you have one or know how they perform?? i'll be fishing mainly beach or light scars with it using a 5oz lead..

hi steve i have 2 of the old 15 ft 4 to 6 oz great for beach can hit 100 yrd easily and the tips don,t bend in tide run like some softer tips a friend of mine lives next door used one last year and the next day orded two for him self he thinks there better then his grovell 15 ft that cost twice as much

i've got a powerstix 13 and i've fished clean and rough ground and had no problems it casts very well too
