EU plan to charge £25 to fish, OR FACE £50,000 FINE.

I just read in the Sheppy Gazette that those ***** in the EU want to charge £25 for a yearly ticket to fish our seas, and any thing caught has to be logged and reported. Anyone not doing so could face a fine of up to £50,000.
IS THIS BEUROCRACY GONE MAD OR WHAT silly

its redicoulos, because the £25 a year won't stop trawlers coming closer to the shore and that pluss anglers from the shore don't affect the stocks of fish its the big facotry boats and trawlers that effect the stocks. Its just another way for them to try make money pluss i don't see many anglers following this new law i think most will tell them(EDITED BY MODERATOR) aswell. Also i don't see the bailiffs coming road at 2am, when night fishing.
