Just remember when beach fishing don't take too much gear with you as it gets heavier as time goes by.

hi
i bike miles to go fishing and strap my rods n rest on my bike

i use four bungee clips

one i hook under my seat
one on the handle bars
lay the rods along the cross bar then tie on with the bungee's

turn the bike over then do the same with the other two bungee's
then tie on the tripod and beach buddy

make sure the brakes work ok afterwards
and nothing is rubbing on the wheels or hanging

its about 1.5 miles locally and 6 miles to weybourne for me i have also one a 14 miler to cley and back must be mad devil devil
but have lost some weight
shame i didnt gain some weight in fish devil devil devil

cheers steve
