Has anyone come accross this handy bit of kit? Its been on the market for some time now and is the ideal job for all your hook length storage. It retails at £4.99p. I have about half a dozen of them and have one for a specific size of hook. Each container holds 20 hook lengths this can be doubled if you wind them on reversed to the first layer. Having a screw lid gives you the added bonus of keeping your hooks dry.

My mate has been using bits of pipe insulation for years - why bother to shell out a fiver when you can get a whole metre of pipe insulation for £1.

Great idea Rabbi
I've been trying to find something to put my used rigs into, as you will know after using 2 rods and trying different tactics with pullys / flappers / clipped up / clipped down,

I sometime end up with half a dozen used rigs tangled up to the max in my cooler box and instead of wasting time untangling them I just cut the bits I can reuse and dump the rest,

But now you got me thinking that one of these will sort my problem as I can put the rig on it and run it under the tap when I get home and a spray of WD40 might give them a new lease of life,

I must make a couple up,

Thanks for the idea, cool

mine will be made by man for mann, big grin
