hi all, going for an all weekend fishing trip with a mate next weekend, he wants to go swanage but ive heard rumours that chesil is pretty good, just wondering everyones opinion to these 2 places?

It depends what sort of fishing you like, for macky bashing and sitting it out waiting for a biggie ( or another doggie ) then Chesil is the place to go. For lighter tackle beach fishing, float fishing, spinning, plugging or flattie hunting then Swanage would be the place to go.
The weather will play a part in the choice.... Swanage usually rubbish in an easterly blow.... Chesil dangerous on a south or South westerly blow.
