Hello all
I fished Calshot last night with Paul
Fished in front of beach huts night started slow with nothing but spider crab after spider crab then just before high the bites started coming the charactoristic rattle of the famous pout!!! and thats what continued to come for about an hour then had massive knock but went quiet...(always get one that gets away hey!) then rod bent over and pulled on the end was a nice 1lb 1/2 Doggie...so not a bad night for Calshot.
I was using a 3 hook flapper with squid on 1 rod
On other rod I was using a pulley rig with worm,sand eel,mackerel tipped with squid.
