Fished the stem Thursday 24th April. Sea was quite rough, fairly windy.
Plenty of school bass, most of them were around the 30 cm mark, on ragworm. Also caught a nice plaice. All taken during the middle two hours of the flood.

That sounds like a great result. All the bass I get there laways seem to be around 10 -15cm long. What did you take the plaice on and how big was it. |

I caught the plaice on ragworm. It was just over 30cm. The spot I fish on the stem has, for me, never failed to produce, I have taken good mullet and bass over 41cm from this mark.
