| My 12 year old lad went fishing Monday night with his uncle and caught a very small codling and as he was reeling it in he got an alighty tug on his line. When he did manage to retrieve his tackle he found only half a codling on his hook. Something had bitten it completely in half. He was fishing Bull Bay of the rocks. I reckon on a conger but not sure. Anyone got any ideas? |

| More than likely a Huss. Been catching double figure Huss all winter around Holyhead and they take live baits especially Pouting and Whiting. |

| I would say same as yourself a conger it happend to me some time ago with a whiting that had taken the bait. |
