Hi Benny, Come to Hayling. My mate and I nearly always catch at night. In my experience of nearly three years, the best area is Funfair to Inn on the Beach. We keep meaning to try near the bridge at night for eels (supposed to be good) but haven't done it yet - if you get fed up waiting for a bite there you can always go to one of the pubs. In the last three years we have had bass, whiting, codling, bream, sole, smuts, doggies (of course) and the odd ray.
