would this work after you have put your worms on the hook put a small piece of rubber bandon the hook the red ones off royal mail to stop the worms flying off in cast and it would add as extra atractment  |

it could work but possibly might get in the way when hooking fish
if your worms are comming off when casting put a couple of turns of bait elastic on
I think bait elastic is brill at first i used to tie a knot when i finished wrapping the bait ,but dont bother now just wrap it still stays on |

yes, the elastic band thing works, they are easier to find lying around free on every pavement...... unlike mackerel.
(Why are Royal Mail never fined for dropping litter ?) |

they leave a trail of them in case they get lost
they tried breadcrumbs but that didn't work so now we will all be collection the elastic bands and poor old postie will get lost again  |

| If you guys used a pennel rig it cant slip down ove the hook. Hope this helps. |

| Best way to prevent this is a clipped down rig in my experience. A lot of folk don't seem to bother with clipped down rigs but it's easy enough once you get the hang of it, I do it at least 50% of the time these days. |
