Just had a day at Gorleston, opposite the wreck (my favourite spot) and all I caught were Pout, yeah OK 8 of them, so I shouldn't grumble. But what's happened to all those other fishies that I keep hearing about. It was a rough sea, fished 4 hours before and 4 after high, but nothing apart from Pout. I varied my distances with two rods, changed positions to cast to (North / South) and changed baits, lug, blackies, macky and sandies. Any regular Gorleston fisherman care to tell me where I went wrong or was it just one of those dead days? !!

Hadn't thought of that, it's bound to bugger up the currents and stuff isn't it, that thing is getting quite established now. Hope it's not permanent as the pier and wreck used to be pretty reliable marks. Cheers Matey, Neil
