A few weeks ago I started a website about filleting fish… On this page I show about 45 movies about different fishes and how to fillet those species. www.filleting-fish.com This is a pure informative website for the sportfisherman. I ll hope you can learn something on this page....

What a cracking site. You certainly know your way around. I compliment you on the presentation, and the straight forwardness that even a complete novice can follow. Thank you. keith in blackburn. |

Looks a good site and is very informative. To answer previous questions no there is no sound. Also there is no requirement to register to view the site.
Now all i need to do is catch a decent fish that i want to eat! |

put some LIGHT soy sauce in a jar add wasabi/horseradish to taste(wasabi is a bit more powerful)& add a few drops of sesame oil, better still one with oil one without and DO NOT forget the beer. After filleting there is a very thin membraine on top of the skin try and peel it off.If you have a wok you can always smoke them |

Brilliant site - less than 2 minutes to fillet a cod! As it took me over 2 hours for 4 codling the other day perhaps I need a new knife! You don't feel much like eating one after that. |
