best wind direction? - and no i'm not talking about farting before the wise cracks come lol. in the tackel shop the other day i was told the direction of the wind plays a big part in sea fishing and if blowing in a certain direction it's pointless fishing

Hi. Has anyone ever used karakal pu super grip on their rod? i got some with my conoflex rod but i cant seem to figure out how to put it on neatly. Thanks
