RABBI the best type of rig for the pier is a "1 up 1down " 1 hook about 6-8 inches above the hook the second below the weight the hook length should be ova 12 inches long so it sits hard on the bottom beads are a good idea the brighter the better,hook sizes 2/0-4/0,6oz grip weight should hold bottom might need long wire grip for the flood tide (in and out ),allso try 2-3 hook with 4 inch booms ,change baits every 30 mins or so ill bring some of my rigs for you to copy cos they work for me
