Im fishing Clacton area next Saturday can anyone give me advice on best places to fish.

Hello there. the best place is any were in holland on sea .cliff road is good if the fish are. there or down by the kings cliff hotel. were are you coming from . i live in clacton

are you getting your bait were you are .if not i can tell you were a good bait shop is in clacton .just let me no il give you the phone number and AD. :wink:

I was going to pick up bait in clacton I believe there is a tackle shop near the sea front - details would be useful - thanks

i have not been fishing my self-for about 4 weeks.clacton &holland on sea sould be seeing codling &whitting & the odd late bass.night time is better.bait to use lug worm & squid are very good if the fish are about and peler crab to .

Ended up having a few hours off Clacton Pier in the morning had a few whiting a cuouple to a decent size, Fished St Osyth's beach in the afternoon only had one fish a 2 pound Bass caught on whole squid made my day as it was my first bass. Thinking about a return trip soon.
