| has anyone got a good recipe or 2 for whiting as these are all i seem destined to catch hopefully a cod will come along soon but untill then whiting it is |

| i cooked whiting last weekend and i cooked it just like cod from a chip shop! fillet it (if u get a big enough one!) coat it in egg yolk then make up breadcrumbs a bit of parsley salt and pepper and push it down on top of the egged fillet of fish and bake in the oven for 25 mins or longer then serve with homecooked chips!! yum yum! |
