Super glue on leader knot

Is it ok to put super glue on a leader knot???????????

I would say no, from what I can gather superglue will deteriorate in slt water. I may be wrong, if so others will correct me. Alsothe chemical reaction will cause the line to weaken.

i used it once but found it snagging on the rings more when casting as the knot was slightly larger and stiffer after it had been glued, so never used it again. But i do use glue sometimes to make some of my rigs up.

Well, i think thats sorted then, NO Super G on my leader knots.
