Fished Aust Saturday morning at low tide. Chaps on the old jetty caught 2 codling around size and not much else except for a few eels. I got nothing except a few bites, betwwen low and high water. Went down Sunday again at high water and bloke fishing off the jetty had one of five to six pound. Mate ishing on aboat in the channel betwwen the bridges got about six or bseven over the whole weekend, including one of around fifteen pound big hug big hug big hug

Just been out of Bridlington, stuck inshore as the wind was making it too lumpy to go out too far. Between 10 of us we had around 40codling of size to around 4lb and put about the same back undersized. Lots of Wrasse around and the odd mullet.

Just off Aust between the two Severn Bridges-caught on the rising tide
