how do you attach a multiplier reel to a rod?

the rod i aim hoping to get is the daiwa sandstorm and it doesn't have a reel seat so how to put it on?

when i said 5 rings that was i guess from memory when i went fishing i counted it has 7 , would that be ok for a multiplier???

if your rod don't come with coasters you can order them from breakaway fishing tackle
