For ease try Clevedon Pier but it closes to anglers at 4.45pm. I could be wrong but i believe you can only fish the sides of the pier as the top is reserved for CLevedon Pier Angling Club members only.
Apart from that Sand Point, Battery Point, Layde Bay, Sand Bay - have a good scoot around.
