Hi
This is my first post, been spying on the site for a while and need some advice.
Ive been fishing casually for a few years but all freshwater. Me and two friends went to filey brigg on monday at 4am and fished from the left side until 9am. we were using spinners feathers and later floats bated with scallop. we didnt get anything and got one bite with the floats. can anybody offer any basic advice on what to try? what times, what gear etc. i think we were in an ok spot as another angler came to the same place at 5am and he looked like he new what he was doing.
