What reel is it and can you specify it's primary use?

I seem to remember that at one time a reel like it if not that actual one used to be advertised in a lot of the sunday newspaper ads .... they must have sold some or they wouldn't have kept paying for the ads. You have to see a professional handliner at work with feathers to truly appreciate how good these sort of things really can be when used correctly ... mind you you need big arms to use some of them, much harder than using a conventional rod and reel.
Not that difficult, but can anybody notice what's different about this reel? (no cheating by the way).
