WOW , thats a nice size crab , do you need to cast out or could you catch crabs in a drop net off the side of the breakwater.

Roonz YOU D-man many thanks for the info, 1st Class. Now I can't wait to get there and have a go.
Dont think I can see you on the Photo. I was just looking for an angler being chased by a monster crab swinging a bucket.
That crab looks huge. :
What bait did you use ????

The crabs will take anything but are fond of fish baits. You can catcth them with a baited drop net.
The following pic is not me but this will give you an idea of the average size. You will notice a lighter in its claw that it bent!!
