there is a boat out of holyhead called my way never used it but have seen good reports on other forums.

Cheers dave

The good thing about the breakwater is that it runs out to sea for 1.75 miles and you can park where you fish and its relatively sheltered.

We are holding a kids com there at the end of march. Check it out on general chat.

Are there a lot of crabs at the breakwater.
The reason I ask is that when I go fishing and the missus comes with , I normally drop her of at the nearest pier , where she and the kids catch crabs , while I go fishing.
I have never tried HH breakwater , but if there was loads of crabs along the side , she would enjoy it as well big grin

cheers Keith

She normally catches the normal little crabs that you find around a pier , but I'm sure spider crabs will suit her fine.
Her stock of crabs are finished , so its a great idea for me to fish a new venue big grin big grin big grin
Are there any restrictions as to how many you can take ?

Many thanks for the info guys.
Hopefully will go on the 20 march either shore or boat depends on the weather I suppose.

If any one from the forum is there I will try to pick up some tips from you.

I'm not afraid to ask Q's

I will also try to leave a report.

Once again Thank you.
