hi
i use mine on a ten foot alloy boat but it made for a lot larger its to long shaft for mine really not sure were you are but if you were local to southampton you could give it a try, i just like the lack of noise no smelly petrol etc but obviosly you do need a couple prob of reasonable batteries.

Thanks for the offer but unfortunately I'm in essex, moored on the crouch.. It would be good to have an electric as a back up but just don't think it would be enough.. still if anyone has a 4-6 outboard they don't need....
