Well done m8? if you have fresh water fished, have you never had a chub, or a trout, ahhh? bet you forgot them, but thats a lot of fish,good on you. poach? happy

shhhh .....

6 - tickled trout from a river
7 - caught trout using a crab line :lol:
8 - poached trout using high amp electricity (capacitors nicked from washing machines and chucked in a trout lake)

Tis easy, when was younger - alot younger :lol: , a mate and I used to raid a local scapy, and get the capacitors out of washing machines - these were not piddliy little things, but had a kick that would knock you cold for half an hour or possibly kill you 8O

We used to charge them up, then chuck them in the trout lake which was fed by the River Test nr Andover. Physics 101 - water and electric do not mix . The trout just floated up, stunned, and we would collect them , and sell them to the locals :lol: :lol: :lol: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

A nice long list lucky i got my fish diary big grin
Have also caught various bits of rock, starfish and lots of crabs probaly
nothing to barg about tho... :lol:

To try and catch up with rocket my additional coarse fish!

First fish off the shore and my biggest was a 6lb Bass in 1985.
Since then
Shore: Bass, Cod, Conger, Rockling, Gar Fish, Dab, Whiting.
Boat: Conger, Cod, Whiting, Mackerel, Gurnard, Blue Shark, 375lb Blue Marlin (Mauritius 1992). Dorado, Bonito.
River: Salmon (largest 22lbs), Sea Trout (largest 12lbs), Brown Trout largest 7lbs), Dace, Chub, Roach, Perch.
Lake: Rainbow Trout, Land-locked Salmon.

Oh also, Amoebic Dysentry, Bangladesh 1998, ditto Bombay 1999, ditto Lagos 1999!!!
